BOOKING INTO CLASSES
We use ZenPlanner to cap the class sizes,. We think it’s important that you get the coaching you deserve in a safe environment.
Classes can be booked up to two weeks in advance, and can be cancelled up to two hours before. Please make sure if you book into a class to turn up, as you may be taking someone else’s space.

We don’t believe in long term contracts – we want members who want to train – you guys are our walking billboards. Our longest membership we have here is 4 Weeks. If you need to make any changes to your membership just follow the links below:
Hold Your Membership
We know that life will get in the way from time to time, and you might need a break from training. Our minimum holds are 1 week, and we have a maximum of 2 months.

Nutrition is a HUGE part of achieving health and fitness. We’ve partnered with Precision Nutrition to offer a One Year curriculum of lessons, videos, and habits. We don’t believe in cookie cutter meal plans, this is a habit based nutrition system that is designed to help you create a relationship with your food.
