We know that Group Classes aren’t for everyone, and we also know that we have the best coaches in Melbourne, so perhaps 1 on 1 personal training might be more appropriate. Personal Traning allows you to work One on One with a CrossFit U Coach. They will create a program specifically for you so that you can achieve your goals safely and efficiently.

Step One

Initial 30 Minute Consultation
Contact us for your complimentary 30 Minute consultation where you will meet with a CrossFit U Coach, discuss the goals of your training.

Step Two

Flexible Timetable and Session Packages
Your sessions can be planned to suit your timetable. Our CrossFit U Coaches have access to the facility 24/7. Check out our competitive PT Packages below.

Step Three

Nutrition Program
Every Personal Training client will receive a Personalised Precision Nutrition Guide.
For our PT Clients who attend a minimum on one PT Session per week will gain access to our Precision Nutrition Coaching System (worth $90/month).
