CFU Bodyweight Basics

Build a solid foundation of body weight strength and skill for CrossFit Workouts.

Our CFU Bodyweight Basics Package is a 6 week program that has been designed to teach you the skills to build a solid strength and skill foundation for Gymnastic Strength and mastery of your body. The 6 week program will include:

  • 6 x 45 Minute One on One Session with CFU Trainer
    Weekly Personal Coaching sessions with a CFU trainer will allow us to monitor your progress, and ensure you stay on track through the 6 week program.
  • 6 x Weeks of Customized Program/Progressions (3 x Week)
    The program will be tailored to your level of fitness/skill with the aim to improve your push ups, pull ups and body awareness. 
  • Access to our Online Library of Movements and Progressions
