What kind of Training will you do?


How the Challenge Works?


 

Step One
Kickstart Workshop

Join us on the Evening of the 7th of November, where we discuss our 3 Pillars of Health and Fitness. We present to you habits / actions that you can implement straight away to help you on your health and fitness journey.

 

Step Two
Beginners Classes

To kick of the challenge, there will be 3 mandatory sessions you need to attend. These sessions are designed to introduce you to the movements of CrossFit.  They are run on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:30pm.

Step Three
Flexible Timetable

Once you’ve completed your three introductory sessions you’ll be given access to the full CrossFit U Timetable via the Member booking app. All our class sizes are capped to ensure quality of coaching, and safety.

Step Four
Stay Engaged

In addition to the support you receive within classes, you’ll also receive daily emails which contain helpful articles, tips, and challenges to keep you on track throughout the whole 28 days.
