Weightlifting is a sport in which the maximum single lift is established over three attempts. This is achieved using two lifts- the Snatch, and the Clean and Jerk. Over a 6 Week Period you will work with Coach Vuong in a small group setting on developing and improving your technique, mobility and strength needed for the lifts.

- 10th January to 16th February
- Classes will be held at CrossFit U Yarraville on Tuesday, and Thursday nights at 7:30pm.
- Homework will be provided to all participants (to be completed at Open Gym)
- Weekly Video Analysis of Homework to be submitted to Private Group Page for Video Analysis by Coach Vuong
