CrossFit U Beginners Course


The two most important things to the staff and coaches at CrossFit U is that you are training safely and that you are comfortable in our classes. This is why we make every new members of CrossFit U Melbourne go through our Beginners Course.

All new members are required to attend our Foundations Course to learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit - this will ensure that you are safe and comfortable when starting in our regular sessions.
  • Technique & moving well is the primary goal of this course.
  • It’s important that you attend each of the 3 sessions included in our program.
  • You’ll get to workout in each class, so make sure you come prepared and ready to go!
  • Shifts in your body composition are one of the most motivating ways to measure your success. We highly encourage you to take ‘before’ pictures at the beginning of your Beginners Course.
  • If you're unable to attend our Group Beginners Sessions, we also have One on One option, which can be tailored to suit to your timetable.
