The CrossFit U Community is important, and we want to make sure we get the right type of people involved. Your social networks and the people around you are equally as important as smart training, and nutrition when it comes to achieving your health and fitness goals. You don’t need to be “Fit’ to start CrossFIt but you do need to be a hard worker; motivated for self improvement, and not don’t mind getting yours hands a little dirty.

The BEGINNER COURSE will start on the 9th January, and be strictly limited to 10 students.
You must be be able to commit to the following sessions at CrossFIt U Yarraville.
Monday: 7:30 – 8:30pm
Wednesday: 7:30 – 8:30pm

What is the Beginners Course?
The CrossFIt U Beginners course is 3 sessions designed to introduce you the fundamentals of CrossFit.
Each session is designed to give you the skills you need to feel safe and comfortable in our regular classes. We will also be introducing nutrition, mobility, and crossfit training methodologies in these sessions. We strictly limit the sizes of these classes to ensure that everyone gets the attention they deserve.
