Our Elements Classes have been created to familiarize you with the movements we use most frequently in Crossfit. It will also help build your general fitness, and get you ready for the intensity that CrossFit workouts demand. This will ensure your success and comfort in our all our CrossFit classes – we know it can be a bit intimidating some times!
Our CrossFit Elements Membership gives you 2 Weeks Unlimited Access to our CrossFit Beginners Classes (Elements). During your two week membership you will be expected to attend at least one of each of the following work shops.
Learn to Squat – Monday 7:30 Learn to Press – Wednesday 7:30 Learn to Deadlift – Friday 6:30 Introduction to Olympic Lifting – Saturday 10am
Attend a minimum of 4, or attend all 8 to really work on your technique! This will ensure your success and comfort in our all our CrossFit classes – we know it can be a bit intimidating some times!
*If a single session is missed, a make up sessions can be arranged at the cost of $50/Session.
Can’t make the group sessions? Or prefer personal training over group sessions? Our one on one foundation courses gets you started immediately with a series of 4 personal training sessions.
