MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MONTHLY FEES – CREDIT CARD/DIRECT DEBIT
Direct debits are deducted fortnightly (unless otherwise requested) from a nominated credit card or bank account.
CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
Cancellations must be in writing (email is acceptable) and received no later than 30 Days prior to the next scheduled payment. If you cancel your membership with less than 30 Days written notification, the cancellation will not be processed until the following month.
You may suspend for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 3 months. Suspensions must be notified one week in advance in writing. We are unable to grant suspensions retrospectively.
All payments are non-refundable.
