This is a Task priority event, meaning that both partners will finish the work as quickly as possible, and their time will be their final score. There is no time cap for this event.

At the call of 3, 2, 1 GO, The pair will perform 100 Double Unders. These will be done at the same time. Once both partners have completed 100 Double Unders,
they will move on to completing 21 Synchro Deadlifts. Athletes must start, lockout, and return back to the floor at the same time. If any of these movements do not meet, it will be considered a NO Rep.

Once all 21 deadlifts have been completed, the pair will move on to sycnhronised bar jumping burpees. Partners must jump and land at the same time – opening up your hip in the burpees is not required. Two foot take offs and landings are required.

Once all 21 Burpees have been completed, the partners will start their 2nd round of Double Unders, round 15, and 9 will be completed in the same fashion.

When 9 Synchro Burpees have been completed, the workout is completed.
