BEGINNERS COURSE

Your first week will be spent learning the BASICS. This will ensure you’re feeling, safe, comfortable and confident in our regular sessions!

NUTRITION

In addition to your fitness Program, you’ll get your personalised QUICK START guide. This will include Healthy Eating Guide for YOUR Goals, Meal Planning and Portion Sizing,  Super Foods Shopping LIst, and more!

CONTINUED SUPPORT

We’ll continue to support throughout your health and fitness journey through a PRIVATE members page, capped class sizes, and weekly emails to keep you on track! A team of coaches is just an email, or phone call away!
