The Rower is an amazing tool we use at CrossFit U to help build our fitness. It can be be used as a substitute for running, just in case it’s raining outside, or you have an injury (there is RARELY an excuse not to train!).

We know the Rower can be frustrating to work with when you first start, hence why we created this quick little video Coach Rosa. In the video Rosa will introduce to your the basic parts of the rower, and provide you with drills / skills that you can practice before / after a session.
