Intimate Group Classes

I’M NOT SURE IF I’M FIT ENOUGH?
Saying you’re too unfit for CrossFIt, is like saying you’re too dirty for a bath. Our coaches will be with you every step of the way, and will adjust the workouts so they are appropriate for your fitness level.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
All you need to bring is yourself, some training clothes, and a drink
