Improve Your Weightlifting


Welcome to the CrossFit U Improve Your Weightlifting Block Cycle with Coach Vuong. This website contains important information for how the next 6 weeks will progress.

The Program
The program will last for 6 weeks, and be made up of 3 sessions. Tuesday – Snatch, Thursday – Clean and Jerk, and Saturday Homework. Please ensure you complete ALL sessions, consistency is the key to improving your weightlifting.

Warm Ups
Please arrive 20 minutes before your session to complete your general movement prep, and barbell specific warm ups. Over the 6 weeks you will find movements that you’re good at, and movements which you need more improvement on (spend more time on the movements you hate!).  IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU COMPLETE these warm ups!!

Facebook Group
If you haven’t already please make sure you join the private Facebook group (link above). Please ensure that all videos are uploaded by Saturday night, so that I can review them on Sunday. 
Please Note: Late Videos will NOT BE REVIEWED.
