How to book a Class?

We have implemented a booking system at CrossFit U Melbourne to limit athlete numbers / class / coach.
This will insure that we have sufficient resource to keep you working hard, and safe throughout every session.

    • Classes will be limited to 10 Athletes / Coach
    • Members will be able to reserve a spot  in each class up to a week in advance
    • Cancellations can occur up to 3 hours before the start of a class

Please make sure you turn up to every class that your reserve,  as you are taking up a spot that could go to another member.

The instructions below will help you book your first class, if you have any problems, please feel free to give us a call!

Step 1 – Login

Go to https://www.crossfit-u.com/login/
If you do not have contact details, please get in touch with Ben or Alex and they will arrange for you

Step 2 – Click on View My Calendar:

The Calendar view will give you a schedule of all classes, and up coming events.

Step 3 – Select a Session

Step 4 – Reserve a Session:

Once you have selected a class, you will be taken to the class view. You will be able to book / cancel classes from this view.
NB:  To cancel a reservation, you must do so no later then 3 hours before the class.

Congratulations, you have booked your first session! Once a session has been booked, you will see a star next to the session in the Calendar view.
